'What makes me go 'BANG' and lose control?' Worksheet for Triggers of Anger / Frustration / Sad

ET-102-EP What makes me go BANG and lose control Worksheet for Triggers of Anger Frustration Upset by Exciting Teacher

‘Go BANG and Lose Control’ has been designed to support children and young people with exploring BIG feelings, such as anger, frustration, sadness, envy, jealously and more.

The balloon encourages children to think about their triggers of Big Feelings. In turn, this allows them to self-identify when they might be about to pop and lose control and what they can do to support themselves.

Spotting the triggers of BIG feelings helps to manage emotions and feelings in more helpful ways.
