'The Happiness Chain': Activity for Children Celebrating International Day of Happiness

The Happiness Chain Activity Celebrating International Day of Happiness by Exciting Teacher

We have created a collection of resources to help you to celebrate International Day of Happiness in the classroom featuring Happy Scribble.

This resource features The Scribbles Crew, a group of friendly looking emotions characters that can be created by any child. They are just that: scribbles!

This resource has been designed to support children and young people with identifying where and when they feel happiest.

It’s a resource to help us to celebrate International Day of Happiness on the 20th March.

How could this resource be used?

  • To support emotional regulation.
  • To support emotional literacy and identifying emotions.
  • To support self-regulation.
  • To support a child 1:1.
  • To teach emotional literacy through an arts and crafts based task.
