‘My Feelings Check In: Self-Regulation Coping with Big Feelings’ has been designed to support children and young people with self-regulation.

Through engaging activities and thoughtful prompts, children and young people can develop their coping skills, ultimately leading to improved emotional resilience and wellbeing.

We know that children need to be equipped with the tools needed to regulate their emotions and build on emotional literacy skills.
