Grief can impact on our body in big ways and this can be difficult to understand for a child, so we have created this resource to support you.

This resource is particularly useful for those navigating the difficult emotions associated with loss.

We have created a collection of grief resources to support you in helping children through difficult times of grief, sadness associated with bereavement and loss.

How could this resource be used?

  • To support understanding of death, dying and grief.
  • To support emotional literacy and identifying BIG feelings.
  • To support a child 1:1.
