'5 Days of Wild Wellbeing' Challenge - Outdoor Learning and Nature based Activities

The 5 Day Wild Wellbeing Challenge is all about exploring the ‘5 Ways to Wellbeing’ and connecting with nature.
Each activity links with one of the 5 Ways to Wellbeing: Connect, Give, Be Active, Keep Learning and Notice.
- Day 1: Nature Scavenger Hunt (Be Active).
- Day 2: Nature Postcard (Connect).
- Day 3: Shoebox Bug Hotel (Keep Learning).
- Day 4: D.I.Y Bird Seed Feeder (Give).
- Day 5: Framing Nature (Notice).
This is a low resource challenge designed for children to complete at home or at school. It’s the perfect half-term activity to keep children busy and spending time outside!

KS1:
- H17. about things that help people feel good (e.g. playing outside, doing things they enjoy, spending time with family, getting enough sleep).

KS2:
