‘Worrying About War’ and What To Do – A4 Poster ‘ is a resource designed to support children and young people with exploring that is it normal to worry about war but it is important that we consider ways to protect our mental health and wellbeing.

This resource helps children to understand what they can control  and what they cannot control, such as war and politics is out of our control so we need to learn how to calm our worries about war and politics.
