'Who Can I Talk To?': Safety Planning Activity for Children

‘Who can I talk to?’ worksheet has been designed to support children and young people with identifying when they need support.
It is a tool for building emotional literacy and allowing insight into thoughts and feelings for the adults who are supporting the children or young person.
These should be people who can keep them safe.
This resource forms part of safety planning and safeguarding children by ensuring that a child has 5 adults that they can talk to in confidence.
‘Who can I talk to?’ is perfect for use in ELSA, TIS and Therapy sessions.
