Turning Uncomfortable Thoughts / Negative Thoughts into Positive Thoughts

ET-62-EP Turning Negative Thoughts into Positive Thoughts by Exciting Teacher

‘Turning Negative Thoughts Into Positive Thoughts’ has been designed to support children and young people with exploring how to turn negative thoughts into more positive thoughts.

This resource can support children with transforming uncomfortable thoughts into comfortable thoughts.

It teaches young people how to rebalance their thinking and start to consciously think about how to reframe their thinking in certain situations.

How could this resource be used?

  • To support emotional regulation.
  • To support emotional literacy and identifying what a negative/positive thought is.
  • To support a child 1:1 or a whole-class activity.
