'The Panic Mountain': Exploring Overwhelming Panic & Panic Attacks with Children

The Panic Mountain For Exploring Overwhelming Panic and Panic Attacks by Exciting Teacher 2025

Are you looking for ways to help your child manage their panic symptoms? Look no further than the Panic Mountain!

Just like climbing a mountain, panic can feel like it goes up and back down. On the way back down to Base Camp, it feels like a relief when we reach a feeling of calm again.

It can feel overwhelming and tricky to manage, especially when it is at the peak. However, it can sometimes feel like the next Panic Mountain is just around the corner.

These cards are also the perfect therapy resource for EMHPs, CWPs, and ELSAs to use in their 1:1 sessions.
