‘’My Reasons to be Grateful’ has been designed to support children and young people with identifying what they feel grateful for.

Journalling supports mindfulness and a sense of calm in the classroom. These doodling sheets are the perfect sensory rest break for between learning tasks.

  • To promote mindfulness and relaxation as a good start to the day ahead.
