‘My Happy Place’ has been designed to support children and young people with identifying where they feel happiest.

This sheet includes the 5 senses as well as thoughts, feelings, behaviours and bodily sensations.

This resource is based in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles.

How could this resource be used?

  • To support emotional regulation.
  • To support emotional literacy and identifying emotions, inspired by the zones of regulation.
  • To support self-regulation.
  • To support a child 1:1.
