ET-108-EP Losing Control Meter Scaling and Reflecting on Big Emotions by Exciting Teacher

How could this resource be used?

  • To support emotional regulation and managing big emotions.
  • To support emotional literacy and identifying BIG feelings, such as anger.
  • To support a child 1:1.
