'I Need A Break': Take a Break Flashcards for Children to Support Emotional Regulation & Calm Corners
This resource supports children to take a moment when they need to regulate BIG emotions. This resource can be used alongside a Calm Corner or Area to calm down BIG feelings in the moment.
This resource is suitable EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
How could this resource be used?
- To support children and young people with developing personal coping strategies for dealing with big emotions and feelings.
- To help children and young people to distract themselves and take a moment away to calm down.
