”I am…’ My Star of Self-Esteem’ worksheet has been designed to support children and young people with identifying what makes them, them.

It is a tool for building self-esteem as well as a way of exploring the positives and celebrating the small things.

How could this resource be used?

To support teaching emotional literacy and self-esteem.
