Design Your Own Pride 50P Coin (Pride LGBTQIA+ Resources)

ET-282-EP Design Your Own Pride 50P Coin by Exciting Teacher

By designing their own Pride Coin, children are invited to create a Coin filled with things that matter or are important to them personally. By designing their own Pride Coin, children have a fantastic opportunity to explore their personal values and beliefs, and create a visual representation of what matters most to them.

This process of self-exploration and reflection is incredibly valuable for their personal growth and development, as it helps them to become more self-aware and confident in their own identity.

By sharing their Pride Coin with others, children can foster a greater sense of empathy, understanding, and respect for one another’s unique perspectives and experiences. This activity can inspire creativity, promote personal growth, and strengthen community connections.

How could this resource be used?

  • To support children to celebrate what matters to them.
  • To learn about the history behind Pride Month.
