Do you feel confident, confused, or unsure?

This will help the Grown-Ups around you to understand if you need some further help before moving on to new learning.

How could this resource be used?

  • To support emotional regulation.
  • To support emotional literacy and identifying confidence surrounding new learning or class/home based activities.
