Colouring Sheet: Know Yourself, Grow Yourself (Children's Mental Health Week 2025)

This activity is part of the Exciting Teacher Children’s Mental Health Week 2025 resource collection for the topic ‘Know Yourself, Grow Yourself’.

Children’s Mental Health Week 2025 focuses on the theme Know Yourself, Grow Yourself, encouraging children and young people to explore their unique strengths, emotions, and identities while recognising the importance of personal growth.

This theme highlights the value of self-awareness in building emotional resilience and fostering wellbeing.

By understanding their feelings, strengths, and areas for development, children can set meaningful goals and embrace challenges as opportunities for growth.

This years topic invites children to get to know themselves, spot their triggers, notice when they are feeling BIG feelings, in order to be able to grow themselves emotionally.

This resource features The Scribbles Crew, a group of friendly looking emotions characters that can be created by any child. They are just that: scribbles!

Suitable for EYFS, KS1, KS2.
