'A Walk Through My Favourite Spot': Meditation Strategy for Supporting Sleep (Sleep Resources)

A useful strategy for supporting children to relax and fall asleep.
This is a step-by-step meditation guide to help children imagine being in their favourite place and going for a walk to promote relaxation, being present, and calmness.
Suitable for EYFS, KS1, and Ks2.
