'Doodle Your Worries Away': Mindfulness Journalling Activity

‘Doodle Your Worries Away’ has been designed to support children and young people with identifying their feelings and releasing them.
This set comes with 10 sheets with different backgrounds and doodle ideas, including a printer-friendly set with less colour.
Journalling supports mindfulness and a sense of calm in the classroom. These doodling sheets are the perfect sensory rest break for between learning tasks.
