Transferring from Exciting Teacher Member's Club to The Exciting Teacher Hub:
Thank you for supporting Exciting Teacher, whether you’ve been a Member for a week or almost 3 years, we are so very grateful for your support. It is because of YOUR SUPPORT that we are launching The Exciting Teacher Hub.
Exciting Teacher Member’s Club has been so popular that it has reached it’s capacity. This means that no more members are able to sign up resulting in lots of sad people not being able to join our Calm Classroom Community of dreams. Not ideal, right?
So here we are, launching Exciting Teacher Hub – a brand new, more sparkly, much faster, more efficient version of the Member’s Club. Think Member’s Club 2.0. I hope that makes sense!
At the moment, The Exciting Teacher Hub is a copy of the Member’s Club. The resources are reflected across both the Club and the Hub. Essentially they are same, even though they look a little different. This will be the case until Monday 31st March 2024, when the Member’s Club will go offline and no longer be updated into the future.
What does this mean for existing members? We need to get you moved across to the Hub ASAP friend!
How do I move from the Member's Club to the Hub?
To move from the Member’s Club to the Hub, you will need to cancel your Exciting Teacher Member’s Club Account and set up a brand new account in the Exciting Teacher Hub.

How do I price-match my membership?
To price-match your new membership to the price you’ve been paying, use the code: MEMBERS. This will make your price as close as we can offer at this time to the Member’s Club prices!
The price you pay when you sign-up is the price that you lock in forever!
How do I cancel my Member's Club membership?
Cancelling your Exciting Teacher Member’s Club Subscription:
- Login to your Exciting Teacher Member’s Club account.
- Click on the ‘Cancel’ button under actions in your Exciting Teacher Member’s Club Account page.
- Subscribed using Stripe: If you are subscribed using ‘Stripe’ as your payment method, then your subscription should automatically be cancelled and no further payments should be taken.
- Subscribed using Paypal: If you are subscribed using ‘Paypal’ as your payment method, then your subscription may not be automatically cancelled depending on your Paypal settings. To cancel in Paypal, please follow these steps:
- Log in to Paypal.
- Click on your name in the top right corner.
- Click ‘Account Settings’.
- Click ‘Money, Banks and Cards’.
- Click ‘Manage Pre-Approved Payments’.
- Click ‘Exciting Teacher’ or ‘Channon Gray Author’.
- Go to ‘Status’ and click ‘Cancel’.
- All future payments will be cancelled and your Subscription will end immediately.
- You must follow all of the above steps to ensure your Subscription has been cancelled completely. Exciting Teacher is not responsible for further payments being taken when all steps have not been followed.
I won a lifetime membership on Exciting Teacher Member's Club, what do I do?
If you won or had a ‘free’ lifetime membership on Exciting Teacher Member’s Club, please contact us using the form below with the name and email address on your Member’s Club account so we can support you in setting this up on the Hub.
