‘”I can…” Feelings Prompt Cards’ have been designed to support children and young people with identifying their feelings and emotions. If we can identify our emotions then we can also use emotional regulation skills to calm down BIG feelings.

These are good for self-regulation and equipping children and young people with skills to discuss how they are feeling.

This resource features The Scribbles Crew, a group of friendly looking emotions characters that can be created by any child. They are just that: scribbles!
