'My Bubble of Control': Circles of Control Activity

‘My Bubble of Control’ worksheet has been designed to support children and young people with exploring things that they can/cannot control. This activity is based on the Circles of Control activity used in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
This worksheet encourages children and young people to identify things that both beyond and within their personal control. It is able to serve as a talking point for those struggling with that beyond their control bubble.
It can support with helping children to show empathy for other people, to understand that their views may be different to others, as well as global issues, such as sad news, wars, weather, disasters, politics.

- To support children with taking control and ownership of their BIG feelings and actions.
