'My Anxiety Map': Thoughts, Feelings, Behaviours and Bodily Sensations inspired Worksheet

ET-271-EP 'My Anxiety Map' Thoughts, Feelings, Behaviours and Bodily Sensations inspired Worksheet by Exciting Teacher

‘My Anxiety Map’ has been created to help children to explore their worries and anxieties, and develop helpful coping strategies for managing their feelings of worry and anxiety.

Children and young people are encouraged to explore thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and bodily sensations and how they are interlinked together. This worksheet allows children to identify ways that they find personally helpful for supporting them with managing their worries and anxiety.

This is suitable for KS2.

It is the perfect accompanying resource for EMHPs, CWPs, and ELSAs to use in their 1:1 sessions or in a small group.

How could this resource be used?

  • To support children with identifying their worries and being able to explore them in greater detail.
  • To provide children with a voice to share what strategies are personally helpful to them.
  • To be used in 1:1 sessions.
