'Curious Questions': Supportive Questioning Children about BIG Feelings Poster (Resources for Grown-Ups)

The “Curious Questioning Poster – Resources for Grown-Ups” is a poster for supporting adults who are working with children and young people to help identify what a child is feeling and why.
This is particularly related to the negative emotions, such as worry, frustration and fear.
How could this resource be used?
- To support emotional regulation.
- To identify ideas for positive self-care practice.
- To support emotional literacy and identify when our mental health may need further support.
