‘5 Things I Worry About…’ featuring Worried Scribble. This worksheet invites children to record the things they worry about the most. 

This activity encourages children to explore what they are worrying about so that they are able to work on reducing those specific worries with adult support.

How could this resource be used?

  • To support with exploring worry and specifically what a young person is worrying about. 
  • To support emotional literacy.
  • To support a child 1:1 or in small groups.
  • To support a child in beginning to spot triggers for their worries worsening.
