‘My Self-Regulation Toolbox Bookmark’ has been designed to support children and young people with using the Zones of Regulation. This is inspired by Kuypers (2011) theoretical model of ‘Zones of Regulation’.

This resource features The Scribbles Crew, a group of friendly looking emotions characters that can be created by any child. They are just that: scribbles!

This could also be used as a lanyard prompt for teachers or teaching assistants to support children with regulating their emotions and BIG feelings.
